Visitors can enter ADVENTICA park by purchasing a ticket and receiving a special wristband.

Children aged 7 and under (inclusive) are only permitted in the entertainment area if accompanied by an adult. Children aged between 7 and 12 (inclusive) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If they wish to leave a minor unattended in the entertainment area, they must sign a declaration when purchasing a ticket at reception. Minors aged between 12 and 18 may only be alone in the entertainment area after presenting the ADVENTICA park liability form signed by their parents or guardians.

Visitors with disabilities may visit ADVENTICA park only if accompanied by an adult who can provide special care for them.

By purchasing a ticket, visitors confirm that they are aware of the rules of conduct at ADVENTICA Park and accept full responsibility for complying with them. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors.

The park does not provide a babysitting service. Parents or guardians are responsible for the care, supervision and safety of children.

It is forbidden to enter ADVENTICA park with shoes or bare feet. We recommend wearing socks with non-slip rubber soles. Suitable socks can be purchased at ADVENTICA amusement park. Shoes and clothes can be left in the cloakroom.

We also recommend wearing comfortable clothing: sportswear that does not restrict movement is ideal. In the trampoline area, it is important to cover your body – a long-sleeved shirt and long sports trousers are best.

If you have any health issues, medical conditions, injuries or other circumstances, please consider whether you will be able to enjoy your visit to the park.

If you are injured or find yourself in any other unforeseen circumstances, please inform the staff in the entertainment area as soon as possible. If you require emergency assistance, please call 112 immediately.

People under the influence of alcohol, drugs or harmful substances are not permitted.

You are not permitted to bring food or drink into the entertainment area. We have a designated area for food and drink.

Sharp or breakable objects are not permitted in the entertainment area.

It is prohibited to provide services to third parties without the written consent of the ADVENTICA park administrator.

If the park rules are repeatedly and deliberately breached, and the visitor fails to heed warnings or creates an environment that jeopardises the safety and enjoyment of other visitors, ADVENTICA park staff are entitled to ask the offender to leave the amusement area without the right to return. In such cases, no compensation will be provided for the unused time, and the ticket price will not be refunded.

ADVENTICA park staff are responsible for maintaining equipment, keeping the area tidy and providing guidance to visitors in the entertainment areas. If necessary, please ask for assistance from staff wearing ADVENTICA T-shirts.

You may be filmed or photographed at public events. If you do not agree, you have the right to ask the person who filmed or photographed you not to publish the footage or photographs once you realise you have been filmed or photographed.

In the entertainment area, filming and photography are permitted ONLY for non-commercial purposes and without identifying individuals, unless they have given their consent.

For the safety of people and property, the ADVENTICA amusement area is continuously monitored by CCTV cameras. Video recordings are stored for a maximum of 90 days. You can obtain further information about CCTV surveillance by sending an email to info@adventica.md.

The cost of the products and/or services purchased is non-refundable. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer other products and/or services in exchange for the amount paid for the products and/or services purchased.
